Dirt build up in Chautaqua, NY kitchen

Dirt and grease has been building up behind the appliances of this commercial restaurant kitchen. Grease buildup is essential to clean up as it can cause fire and smoke damage.

The first picture shows the dirt and grease along the heating unit which can be very dangerous. There is also grease along the walls collecting dust and grime.

The second picture shows the clean wall and the clean heating unit. The heater has a lot of paint missing and has some rust which makes it look as if there's a little dirt on it. Whether it's a big or small SERVPRO of Jamestown/Olean does it all.
